Customer’s Responsibilities With Dedicated Servers
When you purchase an Amen Dedicated Server, the responsibility and maintenance of the server software, applications and running services are within your remit. This includes installing, testing, upgrading, patching and rolling back of software or configuration changes when necessary. In addition, in the event of a problem occurring with a service or services running on the machine, initial troubleshooting and providing the support team with specific details of the troubleshooting is something that we will require from you.

Protecting Your Data
We recommend that at all times you should have an up to date local copy of all your data and a record of any configuration settings. In the unlikely event of a disk failure, we cannot be held responsible for any data loss that may arise.

An order hotline is available for dedicated servers from 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. You can call the order hotline on 0845 259 2160.

1. Depending on stock availability, we may provide alternative processors:
BABY: AMD Duron 1600, SMALL: AMD XP 2400+, MEDIUM: AMD Duron 2800+ and LARGE: AMD XP 3000+.
2. Monthly unlimited traffic when subscribing for a 12 months contract. 1024 GB for every subscription less than 12 months. Additional monthly traffic is £10 VAT excl. per 10GB.
3. After validation of ID authenticity.
4. AMEN has datacentres in the UK, France, and Germany.
5. Minimum subscription is one month when opening a new account and 3 months for renewals.
