A handful of customers may be experiencing issues with their email passwords not being accepted following system updates performed yesterday.

If you are affected by this issue, please log into the control panel and re-set your password. The article below will guide you through this process :

From your customer area:
  1. Click on E-Mail Management in the Tools menu bar to get the email management screen:

  2. Click on Email list to see the email accounts created for your domain:

  3. Click on the ICO_Edit_New.gif icon for the account you want to change the password for:

  4. Make sure POP3 Mailbox is selected
  5. Enter the new password on the Old/New Password and Repeat to confirm boxes and click on CP_Button_Create_Modify_EN.jpg
